The political scenario seems much heated up in UP as the dates for the assembly elections are nearing…with pre poll results out in d open political and media pundits have already declared  the fate of the parties in the 2012 ring.. however, it would be unwise to do so as of now.. As the phrase holds correct that politics makes for strange bedfellows..any twist cant be ignored upon.. the wiser lot predicts the SP may emerge as the winner with close to 135 seats in their lap..however wot may follow in the MAYA raaj is unforeseen..The IRON Lady as the epithet given to her by her party as well as in a book published in the 90’s is not to be counted out of the race as yet! Her charisma and style of taking it personally as well as on the political front cant be underestimated..Indeed there is public disenchantment with the 5 yr old MAYA regime, for the lady has been embroiled in corruption charges amounting in crores…the Taj corridor case, the wikileaks expose of her sending a chartered plane to Mumbai to get her those stylished sandals, and the likes.. Also behenji’s high level dream projects of installing the dalit statues and those crores spent on building parks dedicated for the dalit icons seem to be marring her ambition of ruling India’s biggest state the 5^th tym around! The EC may have given directives to cover the installations by maya with pink sheaths but is this something that may deter her spirit! OR will it prove to be a blessing in disguise for the tainted behenji!  Ofcourse running a government isn’t a child’s play… no matter what the rivals cry foul of… they’ve all reaped or say raped the fruits of the political rulings they had… year 2011 unveiled it all! Now when  the SP makes a move to be back in power, the faint collections of its moustachioed yadav goons on motorcycles  brandishing guns on their shoulders comes to mind.. The so called hindutva policy followed by the BJP as well as the inner chaos in the party makes it difficult to win the confidence of the public, the Congress on the other hand despite rae bareilly and amethi being the their leaders’s homeground has always been unable to make it to the masses there… well with such uncertainities  seeing who manages to win the throne would be interesting enough..

lessons to be learnt!!!

the world is awe struck at the series of events that took place after an 8.9 scale earthquake hit japan...Even Japan which is considered amongst the most developed countries of the world couldn't survive the intensity of the quake...this signals that lessons need to be learnt from this tragedy that has crippled the so called developed nation..!!! Many countries have gone for there nuclear safety reviews (china, britain, italy, finland, bulgaria)... .some shut there old reactors (germany).. .some even cancelled  plans to go nuclear (venezuela)... . but going against the tide countries like Russia is reiterating its plans for nuclear expansion... .Russia is confident that a fukushima type accident can never happen in there country... .the country says it has modernised equipments..modern nuclear energy equipped with safety features.. .rather fukushima accident is the result of unlearnt lessons of Chernobyl (1986). Russia still is of the opinion that atomic energy is safe and besides having 31 reactors presently the country is in the mood to build 26 more till 2025...

its d cricket fever dat has gripped d whole of India...and not just our nation but d whole asian continent i must say as both teams of d asian continent have made it to d finals... .Indian team however proved itself after beating rival Pak in d semis... .had dey not ..dey wud have drawn flak from critics around d country.. .buh dey proved themselves well and now indeed d whole world is waiting for Sachin to craft the ultimate fairytale..his 100th international ton..!!
